SHIPPING
Orders received before 5.00pm Monday-Friday (except UK public holidays) are usually dispatched the same day subject to stock availability.
Parcels are sent by Royal Mail First Class for the UK and Royal Mail Airmail for overseas.
For the UK, 1st Class Delivery can take between 1 – 3 working days from the dispatch date. Although it’s been our experience that the majority of late packages arrive just a day or two after this estimated delivery period.
Discovery Electronics will ship to anywhere in the mainland UK and overseas. If an item is in stock, you should receive it within 3-5 days of placing the order.
RETURNSIn the unlikely event that you do need to return goods to us, please help speed up the procedure by following our guidelines.
Please use our online My Account Support Centre to return all items that you have purchased directly from www.discoveryelectronics.co.uk. Click here to log into your account and request an RMA number. Our returns department will reply to you within 2 working days with this reference number which must be included with every return to us. You will need to return the goods to us before we can replace them or reimburse you. Backup your data before you send us anything which contains personal data.
DAMAGED / FAULTY GOODSIf an item is received damaged or is faulty within 30 days of the date of invoice, please return it immediately to us in its original packaging and in its original condition for exchange or refund. Under no circumstances must items be continued to be used when damaged, as you will have been deemed to have accepted the goods in their damaged condition.
REFUND OR EXCHANGEYou can claim a full refund or exchange (less postage and packing) on any item purchased from our site if it is returned to us in good condition and in its original packaging within 30 days.
Refunds and exchanges may only be processed when the returned items have been received at Discovery Electronics. We recommend you obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office and consider insuring your parcel in order that you can claim for any loss or damage, as we are unable to compensate for parcels that are damaged or mislaid in transit. Please ensure that all items returned are appropriately packaged to prevent damage in transit. Refunds will be made directly to the person/company that originally paid for the goods, according to the original payment method. Please note that Postage and Packing will only be refunded for faulty/damaged or incorrectly supplied item
